As always, we promise plenty of excellent food and drinks, lots of fun and games, and tons of good company. 

Register early as the number of attendees is capped.

ASIE invites you for the Diwali Dinner Seminar by Dr. Abhishek Tripathi on November 1, 2007 at 6:30 PM at Madras Pavilion Sugar Land. The topic is Human Presence on the Moon...and then on to Mars. Dinner includes MUSIC program. The music program and Entertainment will be provided by Geetha Krishnamurthy, Nadeem and Ashok Shelat, one of the most popular musical groups in Houston.
The Seminar/Dinner contributions are:

Nov 3rd at 7pm, at Asiana,  12610 Briar Forest Dr Houston, TX 77077 (Briar Forest & Dairy Ashford)Come share the spirit of Diwali with NetIP on November 3rd, 2007 at Ashiana Restaurant. The NetIP team has put together a fun filled evening that is sure to entertain and to create a nostalgic atmosphere of home. The evening kicks off with a Comedian whose pun on cultural nuances are sure to amuse you. We also have the rare opportunity to hear Pradeep Anand speak about supercharging your career. He is the author of "An Indian In Cowboy Country".

Wait, there is more...A Fashion Show, A Kathak Dance performance, Dinner of course and then everyone on the dance floor as our DJ rocks to Bollywood tunes.

Not Done Yet! - We are going to have a silent auction and a raffle for a flat screen and a media center. All proceeds from this effort will be donated to Asha. So bid with a big heart!!!!!

Oil Patch Democrats are sponsoring an Energy & Environment Forum, at the Madras Pavilion in Sugar Land, right across Hwy 59 from First Colony Mall (on the NW corner of the intersection of Hwy 6 and US59).  Representative Nick Lampson will be the main speaker.   This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals to have a direct input into a United States Congress member concerning an issue that affects us all.  Please make every effort to join us Saturday November 3 rd at noon for this very important meeting."  The meeting is open to all.
